So, where did it all start for Wild Garlic Event Catering? We guess you could say it’s in the blood. The business is family run and owned by two brothers, Kevin and Paul. Their grandad served in World War II as a chef, and worked in some of the finest eating establishments in Manchester, including the Embassy Rooms and The Midland Hotel. Born in Cyprus, his passion for using fresh ingredients and creating first-class food was inevitable - we’ve even kept his knife as a reminder of just how hard he worked for the family, and of his love of food.
