Our Story So Far

So, where did it all start for Wild Garlic Event Catering? We guess you could say it’s in the blood. Our family run business is owned by two brothers, Paul and Kevin who both have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry.  Our Grandad served in World War II as a chef, and worked in some of the finest eating establishments in Manchester, which includes The Midland Hotel.  Born in Cyprus, his passion for using fresh ingredients and creating first-class food was inevitably passed onto Paul who has carried on his legacy, this coupled with Kevin's experience in event management and customer service creates a force to be reckoned with in the name of Wild Garlic Event Catering.


For many years now, Wild Garlic Event Catering has been working with beautiful wedding venues, organisations, and corporate clients, providing a first-class wedding and event catering service. With more than 25 years of experience, our skilled team can tackle all aspects of catering and deliver an all-inclusive service, including:

  • The preparation and delivery of food
  • Experienced waiting staff, including a Maître D'
  • Cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linen ware
  • Dedicated coordinator

What’s more, our chefs and team are fully respectful of the environment they are working in and are committed to leaving all stations and kitchens exactly how they found them.
